Pre-Natal Pilates
This class will allow you to bring balance back into your life, physically, physiologically, and emotionally. Balance your hormones to help you become more emotinally balanced. Stay fit and keep your balance and flexibility throughout your pregnancy.
Additionally, you will maintain your muscle tone, keep the weight down and return to your pre-pregnancy body more quickly. No prior pilates needed to join this class.

Pre-Natal Yoga
This mind/body approach to wellness is ideal for the expectant mother.
A gentile, yet effective, yoga class for women of all fitness levels.
This class combines meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga poses that will alleviate many of the discomforts associated with pregnancy and prepare you for childbirth.
Class Times: Thursdays at 6 PM

Mommy and Baby Yoga
For babies up to new walkers
Now you can work out with your baby. This fun class will help you to restore your body after pregnancy while you strengthen the bond between you and your baby. Experience yoga for yourself to relieve stress and back pain while increasing muscle tone, retraining abdominals, and breath awareness. This class will include traditional yoga exercises. Baby yoga will strengthen new growing muscles, help digestion, and promote better sleeping patterns, while leading baby into their next stage of development. Come move, breathe, and have fun with other moms and babies! Keep your baby close and get your body back! Bring a baby carrier, small blanket and a toy.

Together, babies and their caregivers practice fun-filled yoga poses and breathing exercises to promote:

• Inner Strength and Body Awareness
• Confidence and Self-esteem
• Relaxation and Self-control
• A Feeling of Well-being and Respect for Others
• Love for One's Self -- Inside and Out!
In a fun, supportive environment, children “play” yoga by imitating animals and nature, and by using creative expression, games, music, art, and storytelling.
Come practice with your little one! Enjoy vital parent/child bonding and socialize with other local Mommies and Daddies!

Now you can workout and bond with your baby. This class is great for moms with new babies 2 months to 8 months.
This class will help to retrain your abdominals to be flat and to tone stubborn spots. It will include traditional Pilates exercises.
